GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The petitioner, Attender at UPHC, Rajeev Gruhakalpa (Outsourcing), filed the above writ petition impugning the show-cause notice issued by respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.1959.1/E5/2024, dated 29.11.2024 (Ex.P1), as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri Shaik Kareemulla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appeared for the respondents. 3. A show-cause notice vide Rc.No.1959.1/E5/2024, dated 29.11.2024 (Ex.P1) was issued to the petitioner and the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 13.12.2024 (Ex.P2). At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his arguments and urge to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned respondent No.2 to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner vide Ex.P2 and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the Rules.
