1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the
order dated 01.10.2015 passed in P.R.C.No.33 of2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel (for short, ‘the Trial Court’).
2. Heard and perused the record.
3. As seen from the record, pursuant to the orders dated 01.10.2015, the Trial Court took cognizance against the petitioner (A.4) and accordingly arraigned him A.4. Challenging the same, the revision petitioner has filed the present Criminal Revision Case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to his instructions, the grounds for filing the present criminal revision case no

longer survive for adjudication and, therefore, the criminal revision case has become infructuous.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the cause no longer survive for adjudication, this court finds no justification to proceed further and, accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
