ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 2 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioners on 16.12.2017 against the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Police Standing Orders and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioners complaint dated 16.12.2017 submitted before the 2nd respondent against the 3rd respondent.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, the matter is civil in nature and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent No.3. 3. Sri M.Venkata Raghu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
