Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 19.2.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 130 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 304(2), BNS, P.S. Cantt, District Varanasi. 3. On being confronted with as to how present petition is maintainable as the petitioners are not named in the FIR , learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
