Accused Nos.1 to 3 and 6 filed discharge application before the Sessions Court under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. which was rejected vide order dated 13.11.2024. It is submitted that the said order has been challenged by the other accused in Crl.P.No.3741/2025 and this Court has granted an interim order of stay. 4. The order passed on the application filed under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. has not been challenged by the petitioner. 5.
