Power Distribution Company Limited, without his consent, as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to FR 110(a) and 2 consequently set aside the same in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned who is cited at SI.No. 20 in the cadre of AEE/AE(Elecl./Mechl./Telecom).” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent- Corporation would submit that the matter is relating to transfer of the Petitioner and now the Petitioner retired from services. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that they have also complied with the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 01.11.2018. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
