The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants seeking quashing of the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.6, Moradabad, passed in Complaint Case No.31681 of 2021 (Shahzad Ahmad Vs. Akbar and Others), under section 205 IPC/228 BNSS. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the further development during the pendency of the instant application, the instant application has become infructuous, therefore, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the instant application. 5.
