The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 51/2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 23/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376(AB) & 506 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Court, Gumla. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have raped ten years old daughter of the informant. 4. It was submitted that F.I.R. was registered after two months from the date of occurrence. 5. From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner had threatened the victim of dire consequence, if she narrated the incident to anyone. 6.
