The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma (Rail) P.S. Case No. 18/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c) & 20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Koderma. 3. On 24.09.2025 at about 12:00 noon, Koderma Rail police apprehended this petitioner from Passenger Train at Koderma Railway Station. On search, 5.250 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph no. 12 of the bail application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with Koderma (Rail) P.S.
