The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 25.02.2002, passed in A.S.No.115 of 2000, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda.
2. None appeared on both sides.
3. On 03.01.2025, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellant to get ready for disposal of the matter. Despite direction and despite listing the matter under the caption ‘For Dismissal’ none appeared on both sides, today.
4. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, this Court has no other alternative except to dismiss the appeal.
5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
