The present application has been filed for cancellation of the Non-Bailable Warrants of Arrest issued by this Court on 13.11.2025. It has been submitted that the original surety of the respondent/accused had expired and consequently, the respondent/accused did not appear before the Court on 13.11.2025, which led to the issuance of the Non- Bailable Warrants of Arrest. Today, the respondent is present with a fresh surety, who is ready to furnish the requisite bond. In view of these submissions, the respondent is directed to furnish a fresh personal and surety bond in the sum of ₹25,000/-, in terms of the order dated 29.05.2013 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial), with an undertaking to appear before this Court as and when directed to do so and to surrender before the learned Trial Court upon acceptance of the appeal. The Non-Bailable Warrants of Arrest be recalled immediately after the furnishing of the personal and surety bond. The present application stands disposed of. Cr.
