The estimated cost of the project was Rs.859.28 Lakhs . The work order was issued on 06/07/2021 and the work awarded to successful Tenderer has been completed by him on 30/06/2023. 3. Learned counsel Ms.Chaitrali Deshmukh for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 has produced before us a Certificate of Completion. 4. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, which have taken place during the pendency of the Public Interest Litigation, the challenge to the tender condition does not survive.
