Necessary insertion in the cause title of the writ petition be made by the counsel for the petitioner in course of the day. 3. The present writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondents from making any construction over the petitioner’s land appertaining to Khata No. 22, plot no. 848, Mouza-Angar, Thana No. 125, District- Koderma measuring an area of 37.50 decimals out of 3.57 acres without acquiring the same in accordance with law. The petitioner has alternatively prayed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondents to make payment of compensation for acquisition of the said land. 2 W.P.(C) No. 518 of 2025 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation on the present issue along with relevant documents before the respondent no. 8. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no. 8, after verifying the relevant records and on providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner/his representative, shall take an appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of filing of the said representation. 5.
