The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Charhi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 117(2), 324(5), 352, 351(2), 111, 113 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. In the midnight of 25.08.2025, about 10 unknown extremists came to the work place of the informant and to enforce the demand of levy set several vehicles on fire, which were parked there. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I.Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Bikrant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh or his successor, in connection with Charhi P.S.
