In compliance of the judgment dated 06.11.2025 of the Hon’ble Court, the respondent-accused (Nitya Devi Sharma), has been ordered to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, in view of the provisions of Section 437-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure [Section 481 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 BNSS)] to the satisfaction of the undersigned, subject to the conditions as imposed in the aforesaid judgment.
Learned counsel for the respondent has filed an application for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bonds. The surety bond is duly supported by an affidavit. The surety (Kudip Sharma) has been duly identified by the learned counsel for the respondent. The copy of Aadhar Card of the respondent-accused as well as surety and copy of salary certificate for the month of October, 2025 paid in November, 2025, issued by Assistant Controller (Finance & Accounts) Office of CMP Kangra at Dharamshala, have been enclosed for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bonds, wherein they have given solemn undertaking that in the event of Special Leave Petition being filed against the judgment, or on grant of leave, the respondent(s), on receipt of such notice thereof, shall appear before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and abide by the directions issued by the Hon’ble Appellate Court.
I have gone through the orders of Hon’ble Court and documents annexed therewith for acceptance and attestation of personal and surety bonds.
Accordingly, the personal and surety bond is accepted and attested by me. All the papers be tagged with the case file.
