The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4) and 317(2) of the B.N.S.. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.07.2024 at about 7:15 PM, while informant was going to his house from his office and reached at NH-57 near Koshi Dhaba, in the meantime, three unknown accused persons riding on a motorcycle overpowered him and forcibly snatched his bag containing his laptop, mobile phone and purse containing ATM Card, Aadhar Card and owner book of his motorcycle. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of one Pawan Kumar from whose Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27337 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 possession, stolen articles were recovered. 4.
