The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, claiming the following reliefs: ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.08 19:29:09 +0530 2 “10:1. that, the respondents may kindly be directed to submit the entire records as regards the petitioner's case. 10:2. that, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ or direction to the respondent to pass an order on the pending representations (Ann.-P/1) as per law within certain period. Further, may kindly direct the respondent authority to reserve one post lying vacant at district Balod, till assigning place of posting and deciding his pending representation, in view of governments policy mentioned at Clause-1.3 of dated 3.6.2015 and of posting policy dated 10.6.2025 mentioned at Clause-3 (3), 4 (3) and 5(3), in the interest of justice. 10:3. that, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass any order or issue any suitable writ as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that, in the subject matter of place of posting of the petitioner, who is promoted as Hostel Superintendent (Grade-C) with respect to the place of posting, he has made his representation before the authorities concerned on 30.03.2022 & 12.06.2025 but the same has not been considered in accordance with law, and therefore, the authorities may be directed to consider the pending representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame. 3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel and he would submit that there is no objection, if such a direction is being made to the authority concerned to decide the pending representation within the stipulated time frame, in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties. considering the issue involved in the matter and restricted prayer made 3 by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 30.03.2022 & 12.06.2025 (Annexure P/1) within 02 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in accordance with law, on its own merits. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the respondent No. 2 within 02 weeks from today. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
