Though a prayer has been made challenging the order of suspension, but in course of hearing it is contended that order of suspension so passed against the Petitioner under Annexure-1 has already been interfered with by the President of the Bank vide his office order dt.31.05.2025 under Annexure-5 series. However, on he face of such order passed by the President of the Bank on 31.05.2025 under Annexure-5 series petitioner is not being allowed to discharge her duty. 4. Considering the submission mad, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition permits the Petitioner to move an appropriate application before Opp. party No.4 for allowing her to discharger her duties. 5. It is observed that if any application will be filed by the petitioner within a period of seven (7) days hence, Opp. Party p. 2 p. 2 No.4 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of seven (7) days. 6. Opp. Party No.4 is directed to act on production of certified copy of this order along with the application. 7. The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
