The learned counsel for the petitioner indicates that there are four respondents in this Original Petition, but, in the order copy only two respondents are shown and in the appearance portion, the counsel for the respondent Mr.S.Santhan is shown as Government Advocate instead of counsel for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
