CMP No.30225 of 2025 This application has been filed by the applicants/claimants/respondents No.1 to 3 in FAO No.499 of 2017 for release of the award amount. On notice, Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate, learned counsel for the insurer-Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd. has appeared and stated that his client has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is granted. Record reveals that FAO No.499 of 2017 has finally been disposed of by this Court on 28th July, 2025. Thus, there is no impediment in granting the prayer made in the application. The same is accordingly disposed of. The amount of compensation lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court in FAO No.499 of 2017 is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/claimants/respondents No.1 to 3 as per their respective shares along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their banck accounts as detailed in para-5 of the application, after due verification.
