This Court on 05.11.2018 had passed an interim order, suspending the impugned order for a period of three (03) weeks. As the lease in favour of the petitioner had elapsed by 31.03.2019, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
