GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.38760 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.5 in not registering the crime on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 10.10.2018 and the inaction of the 4th respondent in entertaining the petitioners complainant is violative of Articles 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the Constitution of India apart for being violative of the provisions of the SC and ST (P.O.A.) Amended Act, 2015 and 2018 and award the following reliefs, a) to register the crime on the complaint dated 10.10.2018 lodged by the petitioner, b) to direct the 3rd respondent to register the crime against the respondents 4 and 5 for willful neglect of duties and mandated under Sec.5 of the SC and ST (P.O.A.) Amended Act, 2015 and 2018, c) to refer the complaint to the 2nd respondent for a fair investigation duly treating this affidavit as complaint, d) to cause the arrest of the accused cited in the complaint including the political bosses who are behind the scene, e) to award the costs of the writ petition together with the compensation for the humiliation sustained by the petitioner and to pass…” 2. None appeared for the petitioner though the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”. Earlier also, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
