2. A case has been registered against the Petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 324(4)I 262' 253' 132' 121(1),109(1), 309(4) and 351(2) read with 49 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that, aS Per the instructions of the Inspector of police, JR Puram, Srikakulam district, the sub-Inspector of police, Laveru Police Station, srikakulam district, along with his staff, Went tO BhimaVaram, west Godavari and caught hold of Rapaka Prabhakar @ PrataP Reddy,who is arrayed as accused in Cr-lme No.119 of 2024 of G, sigadam police station and all are went to prakashnagar PS to enquire about the other accused in the said Grim;. while they were returning to srikakulam on the same day at about ll,30 pM while they were near Croma Shopping Mall, RTC complex road, Rajamahendravaram, some unknown Persons Obstructed and assaulted them with cricket bats and sticks and also with hands and damaged the veh'lcles and snatched the case documents and robbed cash of Rs.10,000/_ from the Sl of Police and forcibly took away the vehicle keys and escaped from the place along with Rapaka Prabhakar @ Pratap Reddy-

5. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that basl®ng on the confessional statement of co-accused, the Petitl'Oners herein were shown as accused in the present crime. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other materI-al tO COnneCt the petitI-OnerS herein to the alleged crime. petitI-OnerS herein were arrested on 17.12.2024 and since then they are languishing in jaI-I. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submitted that major portion of investigation has been completed. 6. ln view of the aforesaI'd facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is I|nCIined to grant bail to the petl-tioners/A15 and A16 on the following conditions. i) The petitioners/A15 and A16 shall be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned " Additional Judicial Magistrate of Fl'rst class, Rajamahendravaram. ii) On release, the petI'tl'OnerS Shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once jn a week I-.e., On every saturday between 10.00 am and o1.00 pm, till filing of the I I charge sheet. €AZZ,;
