This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not extending the minimum time scale to the Petitioner in the cadre of

Draughtsman in the 3rd Respondent temple along with all consequential and monetary benefits as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents herein to extend the time scale to the Petitioner in the cadre of Draughtsman in the 3rd Respondent temple along with all consequential and monetary benefits .”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Pulipati Radhi, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments would submit that they have complied with the interim order dated 29.10.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 and Petitioner is receiving the minimum time scale as Draughtsman-II in the temple of Respondent No.3. Hence, no further orders are required and the petition may be disposed of.

4. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
