2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, C, D & 84(C) of the I.T. Act, 2008 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar.
3. On 10.05.2025, at about 12:00 noon, Cyber Police, Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Chupa Jangal, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, a mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about seven months.
5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025.
