Awadh lal Sonkar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 154 of 2020, under Sections 406, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471of IPC, P.S. Chandpur, District Fatehpur, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 1.7.2024, pending in the Court of C.J.M., Fatehpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings/ bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
