Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a Writ, Order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to select the petitioner for post Assistant Teacher in Prathmik Vidyalaya in District Mahoba and issue an appointment letter to the petitioner within a reasonable time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ order of direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 19.02.2020 (Annexure no.6 to the writ petition) pending before the respondent no.6 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court." 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the year 2011 an advertisement was made for selection of 72825 Prathmik Teacher. The petitioner participated in the aforesaid selection process. Pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP No.4347-4774 of 2014 dated 07.12.2014 name of the petitioner was published by the respondents. The name of the petitioner appears at serial number 4144. According to petitioner he obtained 114 marks in TET Examination. It is further argued that pursuant to the aforesaid, petitioner duly participated in the counceling but no results were published. However, the persons obtained lesser marks then the petitioner was duly selected. It is argued that though in this regard representations were made by the petitioner before the respondent no.4 namely District Basic Education Officer, Mahoba but till date no decision has been taken. 4. Inspite of time granted till date no counter affidavit has been filed. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances, petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh composite representation annexing all the relevant papers and documents before the respondent no.3-Secretary, Basic Education Board, Prayagraj along-with certified copy of this order within a period of one month from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a further period of three months. 7. With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
