Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding / Directing the respondent No.4/District Inspector of Schools-II to pay the salary to the petitioner as officiating/Adhoc Principal of Institution Rishi Bhumi Inter College Saurikh Kannauj and all benefits along with arrears, according to the facts and circumstances of the case and condition and survival of the petitioner family. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding/Directing the Respondents to act in accordance with law." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working as adhoc Principal in the institution in question, however, he is not being paid salary in respect of the post of Principal. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.4-District Inspector of Schools-II, Kannauj shall decide the claim of petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
