The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 77 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of Smt. A. Kisku, learned J. M., 1st Class, Seraikella. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. He also video graphed their intimate relationship. Later on, marriage of the prosecutrix was settled elsewhere. It is alleged that co-accused made the video of the prosecutrix viral. It was submitted that the allegation of making the video of the prosecutrix viral is against the co-accused. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
