Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4), 115(2) & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal.

On 04.06.2025, robbery was committed in the shop of the informant. The miscreants looted jewelleries from there.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Rajesh Mandal has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9065 of 2025.

In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025.
