The present petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer: CrMP No.2285 of 2018 “It is therefore,prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and kindly be quashed order dated 23.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) in Criminal Revision No.0000211/2016 passed by 6th Additional Session Judge, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) and against the Criminal Case No.6983/2014 order dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure A/2) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg and the criminal proceedings against the applicant under Section 420, 120-B, 506-II r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending before learned trial Court, in the interest of justice.” CrMP No.2234 of 2018 3 “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and kindly be quashed order dated 23.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) in Criminal Revision No. 0000213/2016 passed by 6th Additional Session Judge, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) and against the criminal case no. 6985/2014 order dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure A/2) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg and the criminal proceedings against the applicant u/s 420, 120-B, 506-II r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending before learned trial court, in the interest of justice.” CrMP No.2289 of 2018 “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and kindly be quashed the order dated 23.06.2018 (Annexure A/1) in Criminal Revision No. 0000212/2016 passed by 6th Additional Session Judge, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) and against the criminal case no. 6984/2014 order dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure A/2) passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg and the criminal proceedings against the applicant u/s 420, 120-B, 506-II r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending before learned trial court, in the interest of justice.” 4. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that these matters relate to year 2018 and till date no interim order has been passed in any of the case and today when the matters are called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
