Pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2025, petitioner No. 1 Sandhya Singh (corpus) has been produced by Lady Constable Nandini Tiwari (P.N.O.-212440423) and Sub-Inspector Shailendra Kumar Tiwari (P.N.O.-152611521), Police Station-Manjhanpur, District- Kaushambi and is identified by her counsel. On the query being raised, petitioner No. 1 Sandhya Singh (corpus) has refused to go along with petitioner No. 2 Nirmala Devi (mother of corpus) as she is happily residing at her matrimonial home with respondent No. 4 Sughar Singh (husband of corpus). As the corpus is happily residing with respondent No. 4 and has not been illegally detained. The present Habeas Corpus Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.
