Petition under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit file herein the High Court may be pleased to pleased to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, for their willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 09.10.2023 in W.P. No. 22728 of 2023 and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to dispense with the filing of Copy of Order dated 09.10.2023 in W.P. No. 22728 of 2023 passed by the Hon’ble High Court and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Contempt Case has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 09.10.2023 of this Court passed in Writ Petition vide W.P.No.22728 of

2. Through the said orders, the respondents are directed to release the sanctioned amount to the petitioner with a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3. Ms.Nimmagadda Vijayasanthi, learned counsel for respondent no.3, on counter, submitted that the authorities paid the amount to the petitioner on 15.07.2025, however with delay. She further submitted that non- adherence to the time line stipulated in the order is that the bills uploaded were lapsed due to closure of financial year and hence they were returned and the said bills were again uploaded and thus there occurred delay, which is neither willful nor wanton. Accordingly, prayed to close the contempt case. 4. Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for petitioner, admitted receipt of the sanctioned amount as ordered by this Court in the writ petition however states that there was delay in payment and that too the amount was paid subsequent to filing of the Contempt Case. 5. As could be seen from the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the order passed by this Court has duly been complied with however with certain delay.
The reason for the delay as was explained by respondent no.3 is found satisfactory and hence the same cannot be

considered to be an act of disobedience muchless willful as sought to be contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, accepting the unconditional apology tendered by respondent no.3, this contempt case can be closed. 7. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
