Petitioner’s grievance is that his representation dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure P-11), seeking applicability of Hem Raj Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 and Dr. Lekh Raj Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Anr.3 has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No. 2171 of 2023, decided a/w connected matter on 04.09.2023 3 LPA No. 102/2010 decided 13.01.2012 2 are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 3. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and as well as taking into consideration the above judgments, within a period of six weeks from today.
