Heard Mr. Pravin Kumar Tulsyan, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allowed this petition and modified the P.O.R. No. 16780/21 in the Hon’ble Court order dated 29.07.2025 in M.Cr.C. No. ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.09.09 15:22:47 +0530 2 5914/25 instead of P.O.R. No. 167809/21, (Annexure P-1), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail rejection order of the applicant, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bastar, in Bail Application No. 226/2025, the P.O.R. number was incorrectly mentioned as “167809/21” instead of “16780/21”. Consequently, this Hon’ble Court, while granting bail to the applicant, also recorded the wrong P.O.R. number as “167809/21”, due to which the applicant could not be released from jail. Hence, the applicant/petitioner has preferred the present CRMP seeking appropriate directions in this regard. 4. On 13.08.2025, this Court directed the applicant/petitioner to file a fresh certified copy of the corrected bail rejection order. 5. In compliance of the aforesaid order dated 13.08.2025, the applicant / petitioner filed an application before the learned trial Court for correction of P.O.R. number in the bail rejection order, and vide order dated 22.08.2025, the said error has been rectified. A certified copy of the corrected order has already been annexed with the present petition. 6. In view of the above, P.O.R. number “167809/21” mentioned in the paragraph No. 1 and 7 of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 5914/2025 shall be read as “16780/21”. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the present CRMP stands allowed. 8. A copy of this order be placed alongwith the records of M.Cr.C. No. No. 5914/2025. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha) Chief Justice Abhishek
