JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for all the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that her application submitted as per annexure-A and A1 dated 07.05.2025 and 17.11.2023 respectively for mutation of Katha in the RTC, on the ground of succession has not been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38191 WP No. 27403 of 2025 considered by the 2nd respondent-Tahasildar, Bengaluru North Taluk. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the latest RTC extract at annexure-B, where the name of the petitioner's father late Puttarudrappa is shown to an extent of 35 guntas in Sy.No.105/1 of Kannally Village, Yeshwathpura Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk. 4. Having regard to the material placed on record, it is clear that the name of the petitioner's father Puttarudrappa is reflected in RTC of the year 2025-2026. Therefore, it was incumbent upon the 2nd respondent-Tahasildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, to have considered the application filed by the petitioner on 17.11.2023 for mutation based on succession. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the 2nd respondent-Tahasildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, to consider the application filed by the petitioner, issue notice to the concerned and find out whether the petitioner is only legal heir of late Puttarudrappa and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38191 WP No. 27403 of 2025 possible at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
