1. The petitioner has filed the present petition to quash the transfer order dated 31.07.2025 passed by the State Government and to allow him to continue at the present place of posting i.e. as Assistant Director, Sitanadi (Nagari), District Dhamtari (C.G.).
2. After arguing for a long time, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already preferred a representation dated 01.08.2025 before the respondent authorities and prays that he may be allowed to pursue the same before the respondent authorities.
3. The submission made by learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seems to be just and proper.
