Considering the financial condition of the respondent no. 7 company herein, at this stage, it is directed that the respondent no. 7 shall pay the outstanding gratuity along with interest due, to the petitioner herein in 7 equal monthly installments. Fraction, if any, be paid with the last installment. The first installment be paid by the 15th September, 2025 and subsequent installments be paid by the 15th of each succeeding month.
