Statements of the petitioners, respondents No.3 & 4- injured and respondent No.2- the complainant, at whose instance FIR No.115/2022 came to be registered and culminated in the final report, in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Samba [“the trial Court”], for offences under Sections 307/341/323/326/34 IPC, have been reduced into writing before learned Registrar Judicial of this Court.
The complainant and injured, i.e. private respondents No.2 to 4 have stated that they have amicably resolved all disputes and issues with the petitioners with respect to FIR No.115/2022 and executed a compromise/agreement dated 18.12.2024, registered before Notary, Samba. They have no grievance against the petitioners and no objection to the quashment of impugned challan.
In view of the above, present petition is allowed and the impugned challan (File No.52/2022) in the trial Court is quashed.
Disposed of along with connected application(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
