The learned Additional Sessions Judge FTC, Ambikapur, District - Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, the trial is fixed for deciding the present case. Hence, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
