The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 4.10.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Class-I, District Korba in Civil Suit No.A/7/2017, whereby the application moved under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC was allowed by the learned trial Court. As per office report, the civil suit has already been dismissed for want of prosecution on 28.6.2022 and thus, the SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- petition has become infructuous and is consequently dismissed.
