The writ petition was disposed of relegating the petitioner to prosecute statutory Appeal. 2. The petitioner states that as far as interest is concerned, it cannot be decided by statutory Tribunal. 3. In the circumstances, I find that the said issue is to be reconsidered and there is an error in the judgment to that extent. The Review Petition is therefore allowed and the judgment dated 07.01.2025 in W.P.(C) No.42207/2023 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to file. Post the writ petition for hearing.
