GP FOR EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.38465 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare petitioners promotion as School Assistant (Telugu) vide Proc.Rc.No.2853/81/2017 dt.27.09.2017 by the 1st respondent against the vacancy existing since 2011-2012 as per the rules then in vogue as per pre-amended Rules issued in .G.O.Ms.No.14 dt.05.02.2017 to G.O.Ms.No.11 dt.23.01. 2009 is perfectly legal and valid with all consequential benefits by holding the action of the respondents in not appreciating the facts and circumstances as per G.O.Ms.No.14 dt.05.02.2017 which is prospective effect the vacancies which arose subsequent to the said date which is illegal, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice and pass…” 2.
