Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as daily wage employees in the year 2008 and SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.08.12 17:42:38 +0530 2 still working as daily wage employee. He further submits that as per the Circular dated 05.03.2008 issued by the State Government, the petitioner is entitled for his regularization. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent authority/competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to his regularization in accordance with the law and in the light of Circular dated 05.03.2008 and other subsequent Circulars applicable to the case of the petitioner. 2. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, without going on merits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent authority/competent authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to their regularization in accordance with the law and in the light of Circular dated 05.03.2008 and other subsequent Circulars applicable to the case of the petitioner within an outer limit of '90 days' from today. 4.
