Ranjan Sharma, Judge Pursuant to orders dated 05.09.2025, matter was referred for mediation to Learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Subhash Sharma. 2. Report of Learned Mediator dated 10.12.2025 indicates that mediation remained successful, whereby, the petitioner was held entitled for Dearness Allowance on family pension while being in service as a daily wager, which was abruptly stopped and recovery was ordered by the Respondents.
