On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the averments made in the Writ Petition. Whereas, the learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents submits that as the lease period mentioned in the auction is for a period of three (3) years i.e., from 2015-16 to 2017-18, no cause survives in the present Writ Petition at present and it may be closed. 4.
