By way of this application under Order XLI, Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant seeks stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 17.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Aizawl Judicial District, Kolasib in LA Case No. 32/2015. 3. The connected appeal has been admitted upon this Court finding a prima facie case. 4. Mr. M. S. Hmingthanmawia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to the judgment and award dated 17.12.2024 being stayed pending adjudication of the connected appeal. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court having found a prima facie case in support of the grounds urged in the appeal, the judgment and award dated 17.12.2024 passed in LA Case No. 32/2015 is hereby stayed pending adjudication of the present appeal. 6.
