The age-limit prescribed as 35 years for the post of Assistant Professor is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondent-University that the recruitment process is completed. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he issued no objection certificate to the petitioner and no steps are taken by the petitioner to engage the counsel or to represent the matter before this Court. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-University that the recruitment process is completed this Court cannot adjudicate to challenge the notification with the purpose of issuance notification is completed. 5.
