A limited prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner for issuing directions to the Rent Tribunal No.1, Jaipur Metropolitan-I to decide the Original Application No.424/2019 expeditiously as early as possible within a time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is pending before the Tribunal for adjudication since 2019 and more than six years have passed and the petitioner is a senior citizen of the age of 61 years, so appropriate directions be issued to the Tribunal to decide the suit expeditiously. 3. The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner appears to be genuine. 4.
