Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not taking any action on the petitioner's complaint dt. 26-04-2012 in protecting the petitioner's land and the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking action basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the action of the 4th respondent in issuing service connection in the name of the third parties is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 2 & 3 to protect the petitioner's land and set aside the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent vide Lr.No. AE/O/D-2 Guntur/F.Doc/D.NO. 702, dt. 23-082013 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
